Ciao Games is scaling high-performing mobile games, and we’re looking for a true growth operator: someone who understands UA, mediation, and the offerwall ecosystem end-to-end.
This is not a “dashboard watcher” role. You will own revenue impact directly, reporting to leadership, and take responsibility for:
- Profitable UA scaling
- Rewarded & incentivized traffic optimization
- Mediation stacks (waterfall + bidding)
- LTV & ARPDAU growth across geos
🎯 Must-Have Expertise
UA & Monetization:
- Hands-on with AppLovin MAX and Unity LevelPlay
- Budget ownership and scale (six-figure+ monthly spend)
- LTV modeling, retention & ARPDAU analysis
- Mediation optimization (instance segmentation, eCPM floors, geo-tier structuring)
Offerwall & Rewarded Traffic (Critical):
- Managing Offerwall integrations (Like Ironsource Offerwall, Tapjoy, Fyber etc)
- Rewarded user economics: CVR, retention, ARPDAU
- Incent vs non-incent cohort segmentation
- Scrub/fraud detection, postback validation, and event-quality monitoring
- Aligning offerwall traffic with UA scaling & monetization strategy
Strong Analytical Capability
Must be comfortable with:
- Cohort analysis
- LTV curves
- D1/D7/D30 ROAS modeling
- Revenue per DAU segmentation
- Geo performance clustering
- Excel and/or Google Sheets expertise
Bonus:
- SQL knowledge
- Python (even basic)
- Looker

- How would you scale offerwall traffic profitably without hurting D7/D30 ROAS?
- How do you restructure a waterfall when rewarded eCPMs stagnate?
- How do you segment and monitor incentive traffic for quality & LTV impact?
- When do you prioritize monetization fixes over UA scaling?
