Business Development Manager (Mobile Games Publishing)

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to source and secure high-quality casual to midcore mobile games for publishing.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, evaluate, and sign promising casual/midcore mobile titles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with game studios
  • Lead deal negotiations from first contact to signed agreement
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and publishing teams to assess opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and within developer communities

What we’re looking for

  • Proven track record in mobile games business development or publishing
  • Existing network of mobile game studios and partners
  • Strong understanding of the mobile game development and publishing lifecycle
  • Ability to speak the “language” of developers and understand studio pain points
  • Demonstrated experience closing successful publishing or partnership deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Nice to have

  • Experience working with casual and midcore titles specifically
  • Background in game production, product, or live ops
