Business Development Manager (Mobile Games Publishing)
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to source and secure high-quality casual to midcore mobile games for publishing.
What you’ll do
- Identify, evaluate, and sign promising casual/midcore mobile titles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with game studios
- Lead deal negotiations from first contact to signed agreement
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and publishing teams to assess opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and within developer communities
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record in mobile games business development or publishing
- Existing network of mobile game studios and partners
- Strong understanding of the mobile game development and publishing lifecycle
- Ability to speak the “language” of developers and understand studio pain points
- Demonstrated experience closing successful publishing or partnership deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Nice to have
- Experience working with casual and midcore titles specifically
- Background in game production, product, or live ops
